General Admission Rules for the Crewe Dance (Saturday nights) 

 

Seating

All seating is first come first served. There are no reserved seats for patrons. One table is reserved for those travelling with the band.

 

Entry into the Crewe Dance

Once an entry fee is paid for any event it is not refundable. Children that are large enough to occupy a seat must pay full admission price. Children 2 and under are free. We do not recommend bringing small children to the event.

 

ADA Compliance

The Crewe Dance is wheel chair accessible.  There is limited parking directly in front of the modern Woodmen Hall. Call ahead to have a parking space reserved for you.  

 

Alcohol, Over the Counter and Prescription Drugs, and Illegal Drugs

Currently the Crewe Dance does not have an ABC license, therefore no alcoholic beverages are allowed to into the Modern Woodmen Hall.  Only OTC drugs will be allowed into the venue. In order to bring in prescription medications, you must be prepared to show a valid driver's license matching the label on the prescription case. Possession and use of illegal drugs is not allowed on the grounds of the Crewe Dance / Modern Woodmen hall.

 

Smoking areas

No smoking is allowed on the interior of the Modern Woodmen hall, including bathrooms and the front foyer.  Adults over 18 years old may smoke outside of the front doors.  Users of chewing tobacco are asked to not spit in urinals, toilets or trash cans.  Electronic cigarrettes and vaping are also prohibitted inside the Modern Woodmen hall.

 

Food & Drink

No outside food or drink is permitted in the Modern Woodmen hall.  Snacks, sodas, and bottled water are sold at reasonable prices.

 

Additional Policies and Information

Please be aware that there are no pets allowed in the venue, so please leave them at home. Leaving a pet in an unattended vehicle, even with the windows open, will not be permitted. Service dogs must be licensed AND be wearing the appropriate apparel clearly identifying them as an active service dog. 

Absolutely no weapons of any kind will be permitted into the venue. 

There is ample parking at the venue. Please refrain from parking anywhere but on the venue grounds for the events. 

No coolers, bags, backpacks, large purses, or large pocket books are allowed into the Modern Woodmen hall.  Your person and your belongings are subject to search for prohibited articles.
